Returns policy

  1. Send us a notification email at info@svarana.gr.
  2. If you wish to exchange the item(s) with other products from our collection, place a new order with the items you need and mention in the comments section that this order is intended as an exchange.
  3. Send us the parcel, ensuring that the products are in the same condition as when you received them.
  4. If the returned product passes inspection with no issues, we will proceed with the replacement, a refund, or issuing a credit note.

Note: To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend inspecting the package upon delivery from the courier company for any external damage or visible defects in the contents and our products. This ensures immediate accountability can be established. If a product is returned and a defect is identified during our quality check, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

  1. Return Policy

    You have the right to return the products you purchased if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You may exchange them for a different size or color, exchange them for another product, request a refund, or issue a credit note.

    If you wish to exchange a product for another, the cost of the new shipment (€4) is borne by you.

    If you wish to receive a refund for part or all of your order, the initial shipping cost (€4) and the return cost (€2) will be borne by you (the €4 initial shipping cost and the €2 return cost will be deducted from the total refund amount). The refund amount will be deposited into your account within 10 business days. The return cost (€2) applies only if you choose to return your item via ACS or DK Express (for Attica) and request recipient billing.

    If you request a credit note, a personal message will be sent to you with a coupon corresponding to the amount of the returned items. The return costs will be borne by you.

    If the company is at fault (e.g., incorrect item or defective product), the shipping costs will be covered by the company.

    You may also return your item using any other courier service at your own responsibility and expense.

    Swimwear Returns:
    Swimwear returns must be made within 5 business days of receipt. It is required that the hygienic protective sticker has not been removed and that the product is in excellent condition (no wear or damage) as received. Acceptance of the return will be made after a quality check by our company to assess the condition of the returned item.

    IMPORTANT:
    Until the product reaches us, it remains your responsibility. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure safe transportation to avoid any damage or loss that may prevent the return from being accepted.
